Sport

Blue Way

Jogging and hiking is something what you must do if you live or visit Stuttgart. The Schlosspark will give you enough space for jogging or doing some sport, but if you are dreaming about a running way in the middle of a forest search for the Blue way in Stuttgart Heslach. Nature, silence, fresh air and motivated sporty people!

Yoga in the Park

What could be better than free yoga lessons in the open air? Yoga Vidya Stuttgart offers open-air yoga classes in summer months for beginners and advanced yogis alike. In summer 2015, for example, they used to meet on Thursdays from 17:00 till 18:00 in Stadtgarten (near the fountain) at Stuttgart University city centre campus and Fridays from 17:30 – 18:30 in Karlshöhe (Jean- Amery-Weg/near the fountain). Each and everyone is welcome, simply wear comfortable clothes and bring along your yoga mat. No registration is required.

Stadtstrand

If you want to relax in the sun, get a nice tan and meet cool people, going go the Neckarstrand is something you might enjoy. At the beach you can play volleyball or just rejoice the scenery. In the evenings, the beach turns into a party location where you can watch the sunset with delicious cocktails and some great music. This way you can combine sport with relaxing. Here you also have the possibility for making a barbeque with your friends, but don’t forget: you have to finish by 22 o’clock.
